Dusty is a sweet and playful minpin mix puppy (born 06/25/09).  He gets along well with other dogs and loves people.

Rescue cats are available for adoption at PetSmart in Newbury Park, CA (2685 W. Hillcrest Drive; Wendy Drive exit from the 101 freeway).  Store hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm, Sunday 10am-6pm.

Some cats are also in foster care, so you may contact CPAadoptions @ gmail.com to find out where the animal is located and schedule a meeting.

All pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoptions.

Local adoptions only; no out of state adoptions.  Prospective pet parents must complete an adoption application and be approved (application available online at http://www.concernedpeopleforanimals.org/Adoption.html.)  Dog/puppy adoptions require a yard inspection.

The adoption fee is $150 for dogs and $120 for cats, which helps cover the cost of spaying or neutering, vaccinations, medical care and tests, flea control and de-worming, microchipping, and the care of the animals for as long as it takes to find a new home.
