Maggie is a sweet kitty (~D.O.B. 03/01/09). She loves to play with feathered toys. She is a bit shy initially, so she would do best in a home with no kids or older kids (11 yrs+). Maggie is a tortie with a very light undercoat and some tabby markings.
Maggie is in a foster home and will be at adoptions at the Newbury Park PetSmart on Saturday from 12PM-4PM.
Maggie is already spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated.

Rescue
cats are available for adoption at PetSmart in Newbury Park, CA (2685 W. Hillcrest Drive; Wendy Drive exit from the 101 freeway). Store hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm, Sunday 10am-6pm.
Some cats are also in foster care, so you may contact CPAadoptions @ gmail.com to find out where the animal is located and schedule a meeting.
All pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoptions.
Local adoptions only; no out of state adoptions. Prospective pet parents must complete an adoption application and be approved (application available online at
http://www.concernedpeopleforanimals.org/Adoption.html.) Dog/puppy adoptions require a yard inspection.
The adoption fee is $150 for dogs and $120 for cats, which helps cover the cost of spaying or neutering, vaccinations, medical care and tests, flea control and de-worming, microchipping, and the care of the animals for as long as it takes to find a new home.
Concerned People for Animals is an all volunteer, non-profit organization. Our goal is to eliminate the euthanasia of healthy pets through spay/neuter assistance and animal rescue/adoption. Please visit our web site for further information about our group's activities and fund raising efforts.
