The Pet Adoption Portal is a free service of RescueGroups.org. We are a non-profit organization that provides technology solutions to animal rescue and shelter organizations.

We are not afiliated with any other organizations, including the national pet adoption sites. This allows us to provide unbiased services.

We do not have any corporate sponsors. All of our funding comes from donations. Corporate sponsors can often create an extremely competitive environment, where organizations try to lock each other out of exposure and sponsorship money. Ultimately, this only hurts the animals.

RescueGroups takes a different approach -- we are open to working with like-minded organizations. We are 100% focused and dedicated to helping end the pet overpopulation problem, and you'll see and feel it in the services we provide.
